Corona Virus Update in CMCSS
Over the past few weeks, a Communicable Disease Team (CDT) comprised of leaders from CMCSS and the Montgomery County Health Department have been meeting regularly to review the latest guidance from the CDC, monitor the health and attendance of CMCSS students and employees, and make recommendations to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases.

NPMS Choir Earns SUPERIOR Rating!
On Thursday, February 21st 8th grade choir students traveled to Kenwood Middle School to perform for a choral festival. This experience allowed them to work towards their performance standard and receive feedback for improvement. Parents of ESL Students…
Parents of ESL Students you are invited on Thursday February 15, 2018 CMCSS will be hosting a seminar at 621 Gracey Ave. on preparing your child for graduation from 4:30-6:00 p.m. Materials will be available in Spanish, Korean, Chinese and German.
Academy Applications Due
Are you an 8th grader interested in attending an Academy next year? Please make sure that you turn applications into the counseling office by Friday February 16, 2018 for consideration.
NWHS will be at NPMS to register students!
On Wednesday February 7th and Thursday February 8th NWHS staff will be at NPMS to register incoming 8th grade students. Parents are welcome to attend by setting up an appointment. Please contact the school for details
