Parents/Guardians – New Providence Middle School has many families who’ve not selected how they’d like their student(s) to attend school at the start of this year. This is likely because PowerSchool contact information has changed. Please fill out the form below ONLY if you’ve not already been contacted by CMCSS and made a Virtual or Traditional school selection for the start of this school year. The deadline to make a selection for Virtual or Traditional school is July 31. Please call the school at 931-645-5655.
