I am the 6th grade Social Studies teacher for the Wranglers Team at New Providence Middle School. I was born and raised in Illinois, and I joined the U.S. Army after graduating from high school. I was an airborne infantryman and I served in units like the 82nd Airborne Division, 2nd Infantry Division in South Korea, and in Panama. After I served in the Army, I went to college on the GI Bill. I eventually earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Northern Illinois University and Masters in Arts in military history from Norwich University in Vermont. Before I became a teacher I worked for many years at a museum. I look forward to educating students about the different cultures around the world. Go Mustangs!
