My name is Marqua McCuller, and I am proud to serve as a Permanent Substitute Teacher and Head Boys Basketball Coach at New Providence Middle School. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sports Training and Master’s degree in Marketing Communications from Austin Peay State University. I have a passion for educating, mentoring, and developing young people.

As an educator and coach, I believe every student can grow and succeed with support, encouragement, and accountability. My goal is to help students develop confidence, discipline, responsibility, and strong character.

As Head Boys Basketball Coach, I believe basketball is about more than winning. It teaches teamwork, hard work, leadership, perseverance, and accountability. Whether in the classroom or on the court, I want students to feel supported and challenged to become better students, athletes, and young men.
