I have been at NPMS for 22 years, teaching 6th science, ISS, Social Studies, and 7th science. I am a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Wright State University, and Cumberland University with degrees in Business Management and Education. A Denver native, I grew up in Los Angeles, lived in Ohio for eleven years, and moved to Tennessee in 2003. I have been married to my husband Greg for 31 years; we have three cats, Jackson, Shelby and Minty. I love to read, knit, craft, travel and love history and science. My favorite sports team is the Nashville Predators. Sparkling Water, Dutch Bros Coffee and dark chocolate are three of my favorite things! During time off from school my husband and I like to do road trips and visit historical sites and museums.
