Hello! It is an honor and privilege to be teaching at Kirkwood Middle School. I am married to a wonderful high school guidance counselor and have four awesome children who all make me very proud each day. I am originally from Los Angeles California and am a transplant to Clarksville. I have lived in many other states and visited many other countries including living in South Korea for over three years during my 20 years of military service. I retired from the Army at Fort Campbell in 2005 and began pursuing my passion for teaching science immediately afterwards. I am currently in my 15th year of teaching middle school science which I have taught in both Tennessee and Colorado. I have a bachelor’s degree in biology, a master’s degree in educational leadership and hold a Tennessee school administrator license. I am proud to be a part of Kirkwood Middle School and am certain this upcoming year will be an outstanding one!
