Hi! I am excited to be a Richview Cowboy! I appreciate the uniqueness of middle school students and helping them develop their communication skills through the four components of English Language Arts - reading, listening, writing and speaking. Challenging them to analyze the messages presented to them and to think through their responses are skills I enjoy helping them develop. I have an undergraduate degree in communications from Austin Peay State University and a master's degree in education from Lipscomb. I am a mom to three girls (two having already thrived through their middle school years). I bring all of this experience into our classroom daily and seek to continue to learn how to be a better educator.
